Bertha Taylor is my great grandmother. She was born on 26 January 1885 in Wakefield, Yorkshire to John Herbert and Mary Ann Hannah (Mart) Taylor, their 2nd child of 8.
She was baptised on 16 October 1885 in St John the Evangelist, Hollington, Staffordshire.
It is not easy to read, but on the right hand edge are the names of Bertha's sponsors. I am not sure who the two Taylors are, but Caroline Woodroffe is John Herbert's older sister.
