Abraham Hemmings (1850-1913) is my 4th great grandfather. He was born in
about August 1850 in Nantwich, Cheshire to John and Sarah (Rhead) Hemmings and was baptized on 1 September 1850 at St Michael’s Church, Crewe. John’s
occupation is given as labourer.
