Burial: Martha (Mellor) Sigley (1821-1894)

 On this day, Tuesday 24 April 1894, my 3rd great grandmother Martha (Mellor) Sigley (1821-1894) was buried.

Unfortunately, burial records do not give alot of information. This is the page of the register, which shows that she was buried in the Parish of Quarnford in the County of Stafford in the year One thousand eight hundred and ninety four.

 This is the entry enlarged, which shows that she was 72 years old when she died and lived at Heathylee, Quarnford and the ceremony was performed by Charles Newton.

• their son, John Stanton Wain (1937-….), who married Sheila Hooley (1938-….)
• their daughter, Judith Yvonne Wain
