Naas Motorist Summoned - John Boushell

It is Friday again, when I share something that I have found whilst looking for records, that is interesting or adds information to our family tree.

Found in the Leinster Leader 24 August 1935, p 5

The text reads:
NAAS MOTORIST SUMMONED
At the Kilmainham District Court John Boushell, Shoemaker, Sallins Road, Naas, was charged by Guard Braddin, with carrying a passenger on his motor cycle, contrary to the Road Acts.
Defendant said he was carrying the boy to Dublin where he was returning to shool. His insurance did not cover a passenger.
The case was dismissed with a caution.

I have 2 John Bousell's in the family:
John Boushell (1881-????), Dermot's 2nd great uncle, who would have been 54 at the time of the incident.
John Boushell (1908-????), Dermot's great uncle, who would have been 27 at the time.
